GF friendly fare: Hot Diggity Dogs
Let's face it, eating gluten-free isn't always the easiest when eating out, so it has been my mission to find GF friendly places here in Nashville. One of my favorite eats is Hot Diggity Dogs, and more specific the "nashville" dog! I was thrilled to find out that their dogs are GF and when you get it fixed like a "california", your dog is piled high on top of a giant lettuce leaf! No bun needed.

That looks delicious. I briefly worked at the church next door to Hot Diggity Dog when we 1st moved to Nashville, but I never took advantage of HDD. Now I'm regretting that!!

ReplyDeleteNot all dogs are gf, aye? Do you know of a specific brand that are and where you can find them?
ReplyDeleteNo, not all are...If I am making GF dogs at home I always get Trader Joes brand with no nitrates..if there isn't a Trader Joes in sight...you can't go wrong with Hebrew National. Above all just make sure you read the label! happy hot doggin!
